Orderly
How we turned a manual live-selling workflow into a purpose-built SaaS platform
Live sellers were managing customer orders through a mix of live streams, messages, spreadsheets, and courier systems. The workflow was slow, fragmented, and difficult to manage when hundreds of products were being sold during a live session.

The challenge
Live sellers were managing customer orders through a mix of live streams, messages, spreadsheets, and courier systems.
The workflow was slow, fragmented, and difficult to manage when hundreds of products were being sold during a live session.
The goal was to create a simple platform built specifically around how live sellers actually work.
What we built
Together with the founder, we mapped the full workflow from the moment a product is sold to the moment the shipment is created.
We then designed and built Orderly as a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows sellers to:
- Manage live-selling sessions
- Add products directly to customer orders
- Automatically group multiple purchases into the same order
- Manage customers and missing delivery information
- Track orders through their operational workflow
- Create shipments and print labels
- Manage multiple operators
- Track sales and live-session performance
The product was built with Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, using a scalable modular architecture designed to support future integrations and automation.
The result
Orderly replaced a fragmented manual process with one focused workflow built specifically for live commerce.
Instead of adapting a traditional ecommerce system, the product was designed around the real operational needs of its users from the beginning.
It also created a foundation for future features such as messaging automation, TikTok integrations, additional courier integrations, and expansion into other markets.
From idea to SaaS product
Orderly reflects the way we build MVPs at Dev Craft.
We work with founders to understand the business first, define the right MVP, make the key product and technical decisions, and then build the product from design through deployment.
Fractional CTO guidance + product development + engineering, in one team.
