MVP development

GrowStrong

How we turned a paper-based child development methodology into a platform parents can use

The founders had years of clinical expertise and a child development methodology already proven on paper. What they did not have was software, a technical team, or a way to judge which of the many things they could build were the few they should.

Scan2Cycle

How we turned a fleet of bikes into a business that can sell rides

Operators had bikes on the street and a way to watch over them. What they did not have was a way to sell a ride from them. The goal was a platform any operator could run in their own city, under their own brand, without a technical team of their own.

Orderly

How we turned a manual live-selling workflow into a purpose-built SaaS platform

Live sellers were managing customer orders through a mix of live streams, messages, spreadsheets, and courier systems. The workflow was slow, fragmented, and difficult to manage when hundreds of products were being sold during a live session.

The problem

An idea is not enough to start developing a software

Most founders should not have to know how to choose a stack, write requirements, design an architecture, vibe code or manage developers.

01

You know the business.

You understand the customer, the pain and the opportunity. That should be enough to start the conversation.

02

We turn it into a product.

Your CTO works with you to challenge assumptions, define the core workflow and decide what must be in version one.

03

Then we engineer it.

Our senior team builds, tests, deploys and hands over software designed to survive beyond the first demo.

Before we start

Who are you?

FAQ

Questions founders usually ask.

Do I need requirements before we start?

No. Requirements gathering is part of the engagement. You need a serious product idea and enough availability to work with us on the decisions.

How involved do I need to be?

Plan for three working sessions per week during the engagement, plus the customer interviews or research needed to make product decisions. This is a collaborative build, not a black box handoff.

Who acts as my CTO?

One of Dev Craft's senior partners takes the CTO role for the engagement and remains responsible for technical direction and product-to-engineering translation.

What if my idea is bigger than either package?

We can help cut it to the smallest useful MVP. If the core product genuinely needs more complexity, we will tell you before kickoff and propose a custom scope rather than force it into an existing package.

Do I own everything?

Yes. You receive the source code and agreed project assets. The delivered code and IP become yours, and the infrastructure is deployed under your control from the start.

Is this "vibe coding"?

No. AI is used as an engineering accelerator. Senior engineers remain accountable for architecture, security, code review, testing, deployment and production readiness.
