Cashbox is a financial institution for quick online cash loans in Bulgaria. When they came to us, they were faced with the challenge to scale their business while following the strict regulations mandatory for it.
For that, they needed a whole new approach to their processes. A change of the entire architecture of the platform was needed to make it more suitable for online and mobile users. Also, Cashbox was to rebrand and add two more services to their portfolio - P2P (peer-to-peer) credits and crowdfunding for businesses.
To be able to deliver a flawlessly working solution compliant with the mandatory regulations, we started with a complete overview and assessment of Cashbox's current system architecture. We worked closely with their team to formulate ideas and took an active part in the discussions with the legal team. We wanted to be sure we deliver a solution that checks every box.
First, we created the user flows you see above and performed UX testing during the implementation process to validate them. Next, we crafted the architecture and chose the best deployment solution.
